    Serena Williams is looking stronger than ever at Paris Mode Week. The lawn tennis Goat looked like a total boss equally she arrived at the Balmain mode bear witness repping the French brand in a blackness pinnacle under a dark-green velvet blazer and skirt. She also debuted a blonde bob, and TBH, it looks incredible on her.

    Equally it turns out, Serena'southward been waiting for her risk to nourish a Balmain show for a while. "We've been missing each other because every time I wanted to come up to a show I was working so information technology'southward e'er and then hard, so for years I've been like, 'Oh it'southward right during the season,' and so finally I'm on injury, so I had time," she said, per WWD.

    In 2021, Serena told Women's Wellness that she doesn't like to overthink what she eats. Just she prefers foods loftier in nutrients.

    "My philosophy is swallow to alive. Don't live to eat," she said. "I want to accept a salubrious lifestyle and, and so you know, [I'g eating] a lot of greens and more often than not plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff."

    Serena also added that while she gets cravings, she's more focused on how food tin can help her reach her fitness goals."You lot need [nutrient] to survive. And [that's] very hard to alive by, cause I definitely love to snack, only this is what I want. These are my goals," she said.

    Still, even a 23-time K Slam champion sometimes skips meals when she'southward busy. Serena told WH that sometimes she'll miss breakfast if she's running around with her daughter, Olympia. Other times, she's simply not hungry.

    For lunch and dinner, Serena loads upwards on cobweb and protein with a bean burger or gluten-free edible bean burrito. When she's in training mode, she'll make pasta or have some fruit. But when it's fourth dimension for competition, she sticks to greens.

    "I usually like to take lots of greens before my match and then fruit actually, and a little carbs and some sort of a protein. And so I try to knock them [her food groups] all out in one," Serena said. And when she'southward low on ideas, she checks out social media just like the rest of us to get some extra inspiration.
